We contacted solar lane in August 2024 with the intent of taking a newly purchased farm totally off grid . I got to deal with Hunter lane and couldn't have been happier with the service . Hunter both helped plan my system and followed me through the whole process , I have recommended him to friends who have also now taken a farm off grid with one of his systems. We are now in the process of upgrading to install a new machine that requires more power . So once again Hunter has come to the party and is helping us to increase the size of our system . First Class Customer Experience. The absolute BEST service that I have ever experienced! Lightning fast! Have yet to encounter a company that dispatches their orders as quickly as this one! I requested a quote for a pallet Canadian Solar 590w panels at 9:35, quote was received at 9:56, after making a direct bank transfer, the team went out of their way to assist me ensuring that my order was delivered the same day, 241km away. At 13:00 I was contacted by the delivery unit to confirm my address and to inform me that they are on their way. I was kept updated the entire day from time they left their warehouse up until they arrived at my gate at 18:00. Their service was excellent from payment to delivery at my door. Very friendly interaction and professional service received from Vik (Salesman) & Shakes and assistant (Delivery). I am really impressed. A business that is driven to provide customer satisfaction.
